H.E. Rath Sovannorak presided over the signing of MOU on USAID Digital Workforce Development Project

On 30th May 2023, H.E. Rath Sovannorak, the Assistant Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, presided over the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC) and the Expert Leadership Innovation Exchange Organization (ELIX) on USAID Digital Workforce Development Project at Rosewood Phnom Penh Hotel. The MOU aims to cooperate with higher education institutions (HEIs) in terms of digital knowledge and to support capacity building, promote education and job opportunity for Cambodian youths.
