H.E. Serey CHEA, Assistant Governor and Director General of Central Banking, attended as a panel speaker on the first panel of the Global Virtual Conference

H.E. Serey CHEA, Assistant Governor and Director General of Central Banking, has been invited to join as a panel speaker on the first panel of the Global Virtual Conference, titled “The future of financial markets in Asia and the Pacific: the long-term impacts of the pandemic and policy challenges” and co-organized by DZ Bank and Maleki Corporate Group. The panel is due to take place virtually from 13:30 to 14:30 Phnom Penh time on 5 July 2021 and will be moderated by Li Lian Ong, Group Head, Financial Surveillance and Acting Group Head, Regional Surveillance, AMRO.
The two-day Conference will bring together pioneering issuers, investors, and policy makers from Asia, Europe and the Americas, ahead of the G20 third Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting, to consider next steps for global coordination towards our common sustainable future. Other speakers joining the panel discussion include; Tokiko Shimizu, Assistant Governor, Bank of Japan; Suzanne Gaboury, Director General, Private Sector Operations Department of Asian Development Bank; Masyita Crystallin, Special Advisor to the Minister of Finance and Spokesperson, Indonesia Investment Authority; and Li Cui, Managing Director, Chief Economist, China Construction Bank.
