H.E. Chea Serey will attend the Central Bank of the Future Conference on November 19, 2020

On Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 12:10 AM (November 18, 2020 at 9:10 AM, time in San Francisco), H.E. Chea Serey, Assistant Governor and Director General of Central Banking, National Bank of Cambodia, will attend the Central Bank of the Future Conference, co-organized by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and the Center on Finance, Law, and Policy, University of Michigan, and supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. 

The conference will be conducted online with the participation of senior executives of the central banks, professors of renowned universities, researchers, financial technology experts and foundations. 

The conference is designed to discuss and exchange ideas among keynote speakers on how central banks are evolving and their potentials to foster greater financial and economic inclusion as well as to examine how the three functions of a modern central bank could evolve to create a more inclusive financial system. On that occasion, H.E. Chea Serey will deliver a keynote address on " the evolving role of central banks in currency, data, cybersecurity, and supervision "
