On 29 November 2016, H.E. Chea Chanto, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, allowed Dr. Sudhir Shetty, Chief Economist of the East Asia and Pacific Region (EAP) of the World Bank to pay a courtesy call at the National bank of Cambodia in order to discuss perspectives on regional economic prospects and share views on the Cambodian economy–financial sector sustainability, exchange rate and the promotion of the use of Cambodian Riels.

Taking that opportunity, H.E.
