H.E. Yim Leat, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, co-chaired a meeting with the working group of the Ministry of Commerce co-chaired by H.E. Secretary of State Buon Sarak Mony on August 28, 2024 at the National Bank of Cambodia. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the collateral registry and the establishment of movable property rights for banking and financial institutions.
