Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)​ signing ceremony on “The Enhancement of Women's Financial Inclusion” between the National Bank of Cambodia and Ministry of Women's Affairs

H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, and H.E. Dr. Ing Kantha Phavi, Minister of Women’s Affairs, affixed their signatures to a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on “The Enhancement of Women's Financial Inclusion” on May 27th, 2024.

The purpose of this MoU is to set the cooperation framework to enhance women's financial inclusion through the integration of financial and digital literacy, economic empowerment, and strengthening close cooperation between both parties to improve women's financial inclusion. This MoU will also contribute to achieving the objectives of the National Financial Inclusion Strategy 2019 – 2025 and the Neary Rattanak VI 2024 – 2028 strategy.
