On 18 May 2026, on the occasion of the Tsinghua PBCSF Global Finance Forum held in Chengdu, the People's Republic of China, H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, participated in the International Strategic Advisory Council Meeting of the Tsinghua University on the theme “Defining and Building a World-Class Finance School in Asia.”
At the invitation of Tsinghua University, a world-renowned university based in Beijing, H.E. participated in the closed-door meeting alongside selected senior public officials and academics, including former prime ministers, central bank governors from both advanced and emerging economies, and professors from leading universities, to provide strategic insights as the university reflects on its mission amid the evolving global financial landscape.
